Opportunity Description

Through partnership with the Airbus Foundation, the Kenya Red Cross Society will implement the Airbus Foundation Discovery Space program in 6 schools within Mombasa County, educating children aged between 8 to 18 years of age about aerospace and allowing them to think outside the box. Kenya Red Cross would like to engage volunteers to implement this program, therefore seeks individuals with interest and skills to deliver on this.
The Airbus Foundation Discovery Space, aims at supporting children in discovering and learning science through the world of Aerospace. It is also a science education partner for teachers and parents to engage students with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

AIRBUS FOUNDATION DISCOVERY SPACE (AFDS) SCHOOL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM.

The Airbus Foundation Discovery Space program is one designed by the Airbus Foundation to support children aged between 8 to 18 years of age in learning and understanding the world of aerospace and science behind aircrafts on how they operate. It is also a science education partner for teachers and parents to engage students with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
